LRebecca Johnson - SDSHom, BA(Hons) LIC, DPH, CThA

Is a Graduate of South Downs School of Homeopathy in Sussex. Rebecca is a fully qualified homeopath and member of the Complementary Therapists Association. She carries full professional indemnity insurance and is bound by the Association’s code of ethics and practice. Rebecca treats both adults and children. She has a postgraduate diploma in homeopathic Paediatrics, specialising in antenatal and postnatal care, immunisation advice and vaccination alternatives, childhood diseases and childhood development.

Rebecca became interested in homeopathy and alternative treatments in 1993 when she was diagnosed with M.E. Allopathic routes did not seem to help her so she turned to alternative medicine which changed her life. Homeopathy has helped Rebecca tremendously over the years with her own health and she is passionate about using this powerful healing tool to help others get well and stay well.

Rebecca is available for introductory homeopathic talks on request. These talks are aimed at teaching you how to self-prescribe and learn what remedies to use in acute situations. This is very useful when treating friends and family for minor ailments like colds, cuts and minor injuries.

I graduated from the British School of Homeopathy in 2003 and am a member of the Society of Homeopaths. I am also a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and find that combining homeopathy with dietary and supplement advice can be really helpful for solving or supporting a wide range of health problems. Where appropriate I also use functional tests including allergy screens to identify any underlying problems. Although people come to see me with all kinds of problems, I particularly enjoy working with babies and children. As a mother myself I also understand the need for parental support and practical, nutritious meal ideas that won’t take all day. In addition to my practice I run courses and workshops, write health articles for both local and national press including Natural Health & Beauty Magazine, and provide technical support for a local nutritional supplement company.

I qualified from the College of Practical Homeopathy in 2002 and am a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds to restore and maintain their health and enjoyment of life. Babies and children respond especially well to homeopathy and I find it very fulfilling to help families stay healthy without recourse to antibiotics, steroids and other prescription medicines. I love interacting with children and helping them to 'make friends' with their symptoms! I have a special interest in vaccination issues and in supporting parents to make informed choices about their children's health. I run workshops and short courses on using homeopathy at home for first aid and common ailments. I am also an active member of the Warwickshire Pregnancy and Birth Network.
